Vortap is an AI API aggregation and proxy platform that provides:
- Unified access to multiple leading large language model (LLM) providers;
- API key management, usage analytics, and cost monitoring;
- Text-to-image and text-to-video generation APIs (some features require separate activation);
- Other AI capabilities added over time.
3. Account Registration
You must register an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
- Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing content;
- Attempt unauthorized access to platform systems or other users' data;
- Abuse API resources, including but not limited to scraping or denial-of-service attacks;

5. Billing and Payment
The Service is billed based on actual usage at rates published on our website. You must maintain sufficient account balance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment. Deposited credits are non-refundable, and platform records are authoritative for usage history.
6. Intellectual Property
All code, design, branding, and content on this platform are owned by Vortap. Ownership of AI-generated content depends on your agreement with the upstream model provider; Vortap makes no claim of ownership.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is built on third-party AI models. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of model outputs. AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vortap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Service Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice in advance. If you do not accept the changes, you may stop using the Service and request account deletion before they take effect.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
